SOUTH DAKOTA STYLE BUFFALO HARVESTING

Three of our families went together to buy buffalo meat...on the hoof...self-serve carry-out...fresh.  We hired a family over on the Reservation to harvest one of the buffalo from their humble buffalo ranch.  We all loaded it in to my truck (which was appropriately wearing my www.SkyBISON.com logo) then took it to a meat processor in Rapid City.
